This was the first book in a series. It was about a boy named Percy Jackson who is the son of a Greek god. When monsters try to attack him, he has to go to a camp for people who are sons or daughers of Greek gods. He then gets sent on a quest. It was very good and very exciting.
Sounds like a very imaginative book. The more books you read the more you will realize thaqt the Prophet and the General Authorities are all very well read.
