This book is the sequel to Dragon Slippers. In it, Creel and Luka travel to a different city that has declared war on Feraval as spies. Togther, they find out that they are using an army of dragons. The also descover that Shardas and Velika are still alive. They find out that Shardas's own brother is behind the army of dragons! Meanwhile, Creel and her friends are trying to free as many dragons as they can before the attack on Feraval. It was a wonderful book.
