This is one of my favorite books. I'd seen the movie but never read the book until now. It's about an orphan girl who mistakenly get sent to a brother and sister who wanted a boy orphan. It's about an imaginative girl who wants to find a home, and her adventures in Avonlea. It's an amazing book, and if you haven't read it yet, you should.
